A: In order to offer the best price our products are only available through our website. We ship all over the world. Please do not hesitate to contact us about any questions you may have we are here to help! We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.
Q: What is your turn around time once I place an order?
A: Due to Covid-19, we have had a huge increase in order volumes. Please check individual bike pages for a timeline. Clothing and small parts will ship within 1-2 days once the order is placed.
Q: How do I know if this bike is the right size for my child?

Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located in beautiful Fort Collins, Colorado USA.
Q: Can I demo a bike if I am local?
A: Due to Covid-19 restrictions, we are currently not offering bike demos.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we do! We ship using FedEx Great Rates or www.bikeflights.com for best rates. You will be responsible for duty and taxes upon importing the bike into your country. Please email us your address and we can get a you a shipping quote.
Q: How do I set my tires up tubeless?
A: All wheels come tubeless ready. They are taped with Stans tubeless tape and valves have been included with your order. All you need is Tubeless Sealant. If your tires have been setup tubeless by us, they have Orange Seal. We recommend refreshing sealant every 30-45 days.

Q: Can I change the colored Trailcraft lettering on my bike frame on an order?
A: We can customize wheel decals and fork decals on TC30 forks, but frame lettering color is standard per each bike color.
Q: Did you guys forget to ship the wheel end caps / QR lever with the bike?
A: Please check the packaging on the wrapped wheel for end caps. They might have been pulled out with the black plastic protectors. QR levers are shipped in the colored packet in the bottom of the bike box.
Q: Do you have a distributor in other countries?
A: We only sell direct via our website currently. We ship all over the world via FedEx.
Q: When are your cranks going to be back in stock?
A: We are currently not selling cranks until further notice.
Q: What will I have to assemble once I receive my bike?
A: Our bikes ship 90% built. All you need is a 4mm and 5mm Allen key. Install the bar through the stem and clamp the brakes and shifter to the bar. Insert the front wheel into the fork. Finally, install your grips and pedals and head out to the trails! (Maxwell 27.5 bikes require a little more installation – please check assembly instructions for further information.)
Q: Do you accept trade-ins?
A: No, however our bikes have a great resell value.
