If you are not 100% satisfied with your Trailcraft purchase you may return/exchange the item if it is in its original and unused condition, and within 30 days of purchase. That means if you do not like an item, or an item does not fit you may return it hassle-free. Bikes retuned will be refunded 80% of the original purchase price. Because each bike is custom-built for you, we must disassemble it and restock the parts - this requires significant work on our end. Please call us to double check sizing if you are not 100% sure the bike will fit!

We are not responsible for return shipping charges unless the error was on our end. Returned items must be sent with a carrier that offers tracking and insurance.
