Build and shipping timelines vary by model. Check the individual bike page for current turnaround estimates -- we keep these updated as inventory and build schedules change. Once your bike ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your FedEx tracking number and estimated delivery date.
How are Trailcraft bikes shipped?
All Trailcraft bikes and wheelsets ship via FedEx. Domestic delivery within the US typically takes 2-4 days after shipment. International orders ship via FedEx International Economy and generally arrive within 7 days of shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Duty and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer upon delivery. Contact us for a FedEx International Economy rate quote for your location.
How are bikes packaged for shipping?

What about clothing and small parts?
Apparel and small components typically ship within 1-2 business days of ordering.
What if my bike arrives damaged?
If your bike arrives with shipping damage, please contact us immediately. Take photos of the box and any damaged components before unpacking further - this helps us resolve the issue with FedEx as quickly as possible.
